2 weeks ago I was lucky enough to capture a beautiful wedding of Sara and Joel. The wedding was a little bit untraditional, there were no “getting ready” photos and the couple decided not to have any of their family members to be at the park during their first look. I was so fortunate to capture groom’s reaction when he saw his beautiful bride for the first time. It gave me a lot of new ideas as to how I would love to have my future wedding photoshoots to be.

I spent close to one hour photographing my couple at the beautiful Echo Lake Park in Mountainside, NJ. This park is one of my favorite places to do an engagement photos and it was a perfect location for that particular wedding photography. It was such an inspiration for me to pose them but at the same time there were very candid to one another and everything turned out to be so natural.

The ceremony took a place at the Historic Church in Elizabeth, NJ called “Our Lady of Fatima”. Despite the rain and clouds I managed to get few really dramatic shots of bride and a groom with her very long vail.

The Reception took place at the beautiful “The Castle” in Roselle Park, NJ. The couple decided to hire a life band to play a traditional Spanish/Portuguese music who kept the guests dancing whole night long. What a great and unforgetful wedding it was, I truly loved being a part of such an amazing union. At the end of the wedding I took them outside to get few creative night shots.
